Due to the nature of our products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to "return a product." We, therefore, generally DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges after purchase. All sales, including promotional, discounted, and pre-order sales, are considered final and therefore non-refundable/exchangeable.

Sales and Offers: All Seasonal Sales (e.g., Black Friday, Holiday) are not retroactive and apply only to the specified products within the valid period of time. Offers or coupons are also not retroactive and apply only to the specified products within the valid period of time.

Damaged/Corrupted Content

If your downloaded content is corrupted for reasons out of the control of Hill and Sabol, you may download it again at no additional charge. If the download link is deactivated, we will promptly reactivate the link for you.

Technical Issues and Exceptions

If you are having any problem with our product(s), a file, installation, or have any other technical questions, please contact support via email at info@hillandsabol.com. We are committed to providing technical assistance and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

If we are unable to solve your issue and there is no possible way for you to utilize our software, we may issue a refund at our own discretion and only after the following conditions are met:

Exhaustive Measures: All exhaustive troubleshooting and resolution measures have been taken by our support and development teams (where applicable).
Proof of Defect: You can successfully prove the occurrence of a significant software defect or broken functionality in repeatable case(s) that directly prevents the intended use of the product.

Refund Request Time Limit

Please note that if you are having any problem with our product(s) that you believe warrants a refund under the limited exceptions above, you must contact us within five (5) working days after your purchase date. Any refund claim initiated after this time will not be admissible for consideration.
